Then on May 14, Mercury (the planet of communication) meets up with the Sun in a potent cazimi in Taurus, offering us a flash of insight. Cazimis are deeply clarifying, but what comes up may not be easy-breezy. That’s because two days later, on May 16, there’s a raw, potentially ragey New Moon in the same sign. Though New Moons are usually key moments for manifesting, this one happens right next to the fixed star Algol, a point associated with passion and outrage. So while this day has the potential to initiate a powerful reset, it might be hard-won. And you might have to work to keep your cool. 

Finally, on May 22, we get to experience our first Uranus cazimi in Gemini since 1948. Uranus is the planet of disruption, and it just entered the curious and conversational air sign at the end of April, launching us into a brand-new era of innovation and radical thinking. So expect this day to be loud—especially when it comes to breakthroughs in tech and communication. If you needed an excuse to experiment or take some creative risks, this is it.
