📅 What's your fave tech tool?
“Honestly, it's not a fancy AI tool or a project management system—it's my Google Calendar. If it's not on the calendar, it does not exist. I block everything: calls, shoots, workouts, the 20 minutes I need to just sit there before I can be a person, and even daily reminders to apply deodorant.”
🤹♀️ What's your best productivity hack?
“I am a chronic multitasker, and I have made peace with it. Morning walks are for editing videos or debriefing with my team. I have never just walked somewhere and thought about nothing, and I don't plan to start.”
🔌 What are three desk essentials you can't live without?
“Phone charger, extension cord, Secret Clinical—that's the full list. Low-battery anxiety is real, high-stakes meetings are the sweaty kind of stressful, and I'm not leaving either of those things to chance.”
🍪 What would we find in your junk drawer?
“Honestly, it's pretty scary. Half-used notebooks, wired headphones that have never once been untangled, an alarming number of crumpled receipts, ring light adapters, and emergency snacks I definitely should have checked the expiration date on by now.”
💡 What's the best career advice you've ever received?
“‘Become the person your team genuinely cannot lose.’ Figure out what you do better than anyone else in the room and build that into your role until it's non-negotiable.”
❌ And the worst?
“‘Keep your head down and let your work speak for itself.’ Your work is not going to walk into your manager's office and advocate for you. Track your wins, pull the receipts at your next review, and make sure someone with decision-making power knows your name.”

“Ambition is having the drive to go after the big, scary goals—and the resilience to fail, learn, and keep going anyway!”
