Talking Points

Mikey Madison isn’t the only woman who delivered an Oscar-winning performance at her job. Many of us are pretending to be productive at work—and getting away with it (yes, even at the office). According to a survey from WorkHuman, which surveyed 3,000 full-time workers in the US and the UK, 37% of managers and 32% of non-managers admit to faking productivity. Plus, almost half of managers say faking activity is a common issue on their team. Le gasp!
