Well, get this: 1 in 5 job listings are “ghost jobs” a.k.a. roles that companies advertise without any intention of filling. As if it’s not already hard enough to find a job in this economy! 😫 But it doesn’t end there: Hiring managers are also getting haunted. By 2028, 1 in 4 job candidates will be fake thanks to generative AI. Seriously, WTF is going on with all of this ghost-on-ghost crime? Demi Lovato couldn’t even fix this spooky situation.
