As someone who signs every “End Daylight Saving Time” petition that I come across, I take DST as a personal affront every time it rears its ugly head, and this year was no exception. 😤 Naturally, I had no choice but to consult a certified sleep coach for her best tips on how to cope for today’s newsletter, and her advice was pretty damn good (even for a Daylight Saving Time hater like me!).
