Lara here, Girlboss’ contributing writer! 👋

ICYMI, Mercury is still in retrograde until March 20 (that explains a lot, TBH 🥲), which means we’ll take all the astrological guidance we can get right about now. Thankfully, our pals at CHANI, the cool-girl astrology app, are breaking down everything we can expect for the month ahead (spoiler alert: March 22 is gonna be fab!).

Your Skincare Routine Deserves a Promotion

Somewhere between the prescribed actives, the fine mists, and whatever that thick moisturizer is doing—skincare got complicated. And for what?

PCA SKIN has spent 35 years answering that exact question. The answer was never more products—it was smarter ones!

The patent-pending Micro Growth Factor Technology in Pro-Max Age Renewal Serum penetrates 10x deeper than conventional growth factors to support collagen production where it actually counts. The results speak for themselves (and they start in just one week!):

✨ 60% improvement in lifting and firming the appearance of skin
📉 40% reduction in visible lines and coarse wrinkles
🫧 58% improvement in plumping and restoring volume

Your skincare routine is doing the most. Your serum should too.

Mercury Retrograde Is Here. What Does That Mean for Your Career?

Welcome to Astro Moment, a new monthly cosmic check-in with our friends at CHANI. On the first Wednesday of every month, you’ll get the 411 on what’s written in the stars and how it might shape your work life for the month ahead. Here’s what’s in store for March. 🌌

Your number one strategy for success this month is ditching perfectionism. Thanks to a lunar eclipse in Virgo on March 3 and an ongoing Mercury retrograde in Pisces, any impossible standards you try to hold yourself to will be, well, impossible to meet. The one day of reprieve is March 7, when Mercury (the messenger planet) conjoins the Sun, forming a cazimi (a fancy astrological term for when a planet links up with the Sun and initiates a new cycle). This is the moment to schedule any announcements or tough conversations, especially if they need to happen during the first half of the month.

Then on March 18, a Pisces New Moon and an energizing square between Venus (the planet of love) and Jupiter (the planet of plenty) will help you reset where needed and tap into fresh inspiration. Have fun and make moves toward your goals, because the momentum will keep building until March 21, when action-oriented Mars trines Jupiter.

Finally, the month ends with two major cazimis: Neptune meets up with the Sun on March 22, boosting your creativity, and then Saturn follows suit on March 25, nudging you to commit to something important. Cazimis aren’t always comfortable, but they are clarifying. So notice what insights emerge at the end of the month—and take notes.

For more tips on how to work with March’s astrology and info on where it’s landing in your chart, check out the CHANI app. Girlboss readers get a free, 30-day, all-access pass to CHANI with code SUPPORT30 (redeemable from now through March 16).
