Earlier this week, we took a peek into the world of corporate personality testing, 👀 because ICYMI, companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta are using personality-based assessments to determine whether or not potential candidates are the right fit for the job and company culture. And while we love a personality test as much as the next girlie 💁‍♀️ (J-14 quizzes litchrally made us who we are today), it seems pretty unhinged that major companies would think they can gain meaningful hiring insight from them. 🥴 We aren’t the only ones calling BS: you chimed in with your honest thoughts on the practice, and as usual, you hit the nail on the head. 🎯
