You might as well be hired on the spot, you natural-born leader, you. 😉 Personality tests aren’t just reserved for finding out which Disney Channel heartthrob has a crush on you in a J-14 magazine circa 2007 (POV: you got Mitchel Musso when you just wanted Zac Efron 😤).

Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta are using personality-based assessments to determine whether or not a potential candidate would be the right fit for the job and the company culture. But is reducing a complex human to their astrological Big Three or their Myers-Briggs type really the secret to hiring success? 🤔
