Turns out, running laps around a soccer field in middle school or shooting hoops at summer camp wasn't just cardio—it was leadership training in disguise. 😉 Women who played sports are more likely to be business leaders, according to a 2024 study from the Women’s Sports Foundation. Of the 2,886 women surveyed who played sports, 71% have a formal leadership role and hold titles like “manager,” “director,” “president,” or “C-suite executive.” And the longer you play sports, the more likely you are to be in a formal leadership role. Play ball, indeed. ⚽
